Meet the team at Team Construction
Donnie Mingus
Experience. Safety. Family. Those words mean a lot to Donnie Mingus, President and CEO of Team Construction. With over two decades of experience and leadership in the gas and water industries, Donnie understands that doing the work when you say you're going to do it - and doing it the right way - is the only way to do business. An avid fan of NASCAR, the Tennessee Titans and college sports, Donnie has developed a "safety and team" atmosphere at Team Construction. A Louisville, KY native and 15-year resident of Nashville, Donnie is an active member of the Tennessee Gas Association. He sits on the board of directors for the Tennessee One Call organization, where he is also a member of the Damage Prevention Committee. Donnie also sits on the board of the Nashville Sports Council.
Rob Koons
Rob Koons is project manager and safety director for Team Construction, but his top priority is always "safety first." With an eye for detail and follow-through sharpened by his previous 12 years of field work and management experience, Rob, and Auburn grad, is well-suited for both responsibilities. A self-starter with a do whatever it takes attitude, Rob has won praise from insurance companies for his work on the company safety program - a program that has taken Team Construction's safety accountability to its highest level.
George Campbell
Safety first, production second. That's what makes George Campbell a first-class sup erintendent for Team Construction. Born in Winchester, TN, George has 37 years of hands-on utility experience, from digging ditches to managing multiple crews, and he is known for his unstoppable work ethic. When he's at work, he's hard at work. And when he's not at work, look for George on the golf course, at auto shows or spending time with his wife and family.
Steve Shelby
Ask a Team Construction member about Steve Shelby and you'll usually hear these words: "Hardworking." Conscientious." "Customer-oriented." Steve is one of Team Construction's outstanding sup erintendents. Friendly and focused, he has a wealth of utility experience, including 15 years in the natural gas industry doing cast iron replacement, renewal work and new installations. After a long day's work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, coaching softball and woodworking.
ELDON ISENBERG
Safety Director and Fleet Manager for Team Construction. The retired Kentucky State Police Detective shows attention to detail in each safety inspection he does, to ensure each crew is working in a safe manner. He makes it personal when it comes to safety. Eldon has good organizational skills, his “get things done” attitude makes him a perfect fit for Fleet Manager. He is responsible for tracking and scheduling maintenance on Team’s 70+ pieces of equipment. Eldon’s passion is stock car racing, if it’s behind the wheel or behind the wrench his competitive nature shows. Currently he is crew chief for both his and Donnie’s teenage sons as they progress up the ladder in racing.
